About Us

Libraries Unlimited connects people, ideas and communities across Devon and Torbay.

Through our network of welcoming libraries, we provide access to books, digital resources, free WiFi, public computers, learning opportunities, events, and community spaces for people of all ages.

Our libraries are places to discover, create, learn and connect. Whether you're looking for a quiet place to work, attending a local event, joining a community group, accessing online resources, or hiring a space for a meeting or activity, we're here to support you.

With hundreds of active groups and a year-round programme of events, Libraries Unlimited helps people develop new skills, improve their wellbeing, and build meaningful connections within their communities.

By bringing together information, inspiration and opportunity, we enrich lives and help communities thrive across Devon and Torbay.
